As Director of Narrative & Engagement, Christina helps tell the story of TogetherUp’s work, elevating the people, relationships, and community-led efforts that make stronger communities possible. In close partnership with TogetherUp’s cross-sectoral community action networks, she captures and shares stories, insights, and learning that foster belonging, deepen connection, and inspire communities to act together.

Christina brings over two decades of experience in public health, spanning philanthropy, nonprofit consulting, and government. Prior to this role, she worked at the Point32Health Foundation, where she invested in organizations advancing healthy aging policy and systems change across New England. Her work also includes nonprofit consulting with global and domestic public health organizations, as well as municipal- and state-level roles. Earlier in her career, Christina worked in global health on malnutrition and community health worker programs in India, and health systems strengthening in Lesotho. Her experience across public health policy and systems change has shown her that strategic communications and authentic storytelling are essential to translating ideas into action, building trust, and inspiring collective action.

Through her work and life in community, Christina believes that the spaces, practices and systems that enable human connection are essential public health infrastructure – foundational to well-being, resilience and democracy. She is inspired by TogetherUp’s mission to create a nation of strong communities where neighbors come together, uplift one another and strengthen the ties that bind us together.
