Calling all civic and municipal leaders (towns/cities, schools, health, business, and law enforcement)! Are you interested in learning more about promoting belonging in your community?
One way to ensure connection across differences at the municipal level is through a diverse leaders network—a resilience network—consisting of formal and informal leaders from every significant identity and stakeholder group in a community, as well as local officials (e.g., town/city officials, public schools, law enforcement, parks, etc.). Relationships are at the center of this work, where leaders explore the concepts of bridging and belonging, learn skills for communicating effectively across differences, and co-create a solution to a local problem.
